GAZT holds workshop for certified accountants on investigation procedures

The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) has organized a workshop for the certified public accountants to inform them of the authority’s measures to streamline the procedures of registration, the submission of Zakat and tax returns, the payment, the investigation and communication with the establishments.

 

The workshop held at GAZT’s head office was attended by the following GAZT officials:
1-    Mr. Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al-Kharashi, GAZT Deputy Director General of Programs and Policies
2-    Mr. Ali Al Fayez, General Manager of Customer Experience & Quality
3-    Mr. Rashed Al Ateeq, Director General of the Program Inspection and Follow-up
4-    Mr. Fahd Al Mojil, Smart Business Advisor at IT Department  
During the workshop, the efforts exerted by the GAZT to streamline the procedures of registration, submission of tax returns, payment and inspection were highlighted. 


The participants were also briefed on the GAZT accomplishments and the services provided by the authority’s customer relationship management (CRM).
GAZT seeks to organize more workshops to brief the public accountants on its in-progress improvements and listen to their views with the aim of simplifying procedures and keeping pace with development.
