GAZT provides a number of e-services to allow the business sector to carry out all Zakat and tax procedures, including.
The Automatic Registration service:
With the electronic integration project with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, the business will be automatically registered after issuing the CR. Therefore, the business will not have to visit the GAZT e-portal for registration. Then, the business will receive a registration notice via SMS and e-mail, attaching an electronic registration certificate. This step will enable the businesses to manage all procedures with GAZT through one electronic account only.
GAZT provides services to verify zakat certificate to any business by entering the certificate number or a TIN number or CR via its e- portal. Individuals and businesses can also benefit from “the service verification” to ensure their registration for the VAT, using the tax number which is mentioned in the invoice or the CR. The authorization service:
GAZT provides an authorization service for businesses where they can delegate their accounting service providers to complete their procedures. Businesses can delegate more than one accounting office to complete specific services. It is also important to determine the authorization period. For more details click here.
The immediate Certificate service:
GAZT provides, via its e-services, the Zakat evaluation return to businesses through the service of “immediate certificate”, which consists of three steps.
The system will display Zakat calculation interface and the amount details to be paid. The certificate will be immediately issued after completing Zakat payment through SADAD service. For more details click here.
