GAZT receives applicants for announced vacancies
The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) began on Sunday 26/04/1436 AH to receive applicants for the vacancies published in the newspapers and the authority's website at its headquarters. The authority set a mechanism for receiving the applicants; verifying the name through the national ID card and then giving the applicant a form to compare information. Then, the applicant has to sit for a written test and then undergo an interview.
GAZT branches received 648 applications for grade-6 accounting, computer and administrative jobs. The Authority headquarters at Riyadh received 214 male applicants and 91 female applicants, while the number of applicants in the other branches totaled 343.
The applicants’ reception was supervised by Mr. Saleh A. Al Awaji, Deputy Director General for Support Services, and Mr. Abdullah bin Shabnan Al Shahrani, General Manager of Financial and Administrative Department, and Mr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Mousameh, General Manager of Human Resources. Before the test was to commence, the Deputy Director General wished all the tested people the best of luck.
